Well, most of the races have now been settled and we know the Democrats will hold the Senate and Republicans are likely to take control of the House by a very narrow margin.

Republicans will have wound up getting more votes than Democrats nationwide, but that’s not how the game is played.

A tiny GOP House majority, although disappointing, is still a really big deal.
