The key phrase here is “happy warrior” — one that’s already also been uttered by both Clay and Buck multiple times since the election, including today.
Senator Cruz knows a few things about the Senate and conservatism. Republicans should have won many of these races in this political environment, but we didn’t. Now we have to figure out why.
