Shocker! Portland Mayor Begs to Re-fund the Police

BUCK: “Portland Mayor Asked to Reverse Police Funding Cuts.” That’s the headline up on Fox News Channel right now.

CLAY: Go figure.

BUCK: We’re still… What a shock. Oh, you mean cutting police budget especially while crime is rising is a bad idea? They’re also waiting on Capitol Hill right now spending vote. So, that may be happening here pretty imminently. So, we’ll have plenty of time to break that down for you on Monday. The Biden Build Back Better agenda infrastructure, all of it.

But I gotta say, the Portland mayor, Ted Wheeler, some say he may be as bad as de Blasio. Portland’s a smaller city but Ted Wheeler is pretty horrible. And, Clay, I’ll never forget when he showed up at some Antifa-populated protest riot thing, and all these people screaming abuses and curses at him.

This is the guy that was holding the police back from doing their jobs against them, and the psycho-leftists still had no gratitude for him. They treated him like the little quisling that he is. So, pretty funny stuff. It turns out, “Yeah, yeah. Defunding police is idiotic.”
