There is so much inflationary spending under a Democrat Congress, and when they lose, they simply cram all the spending in before the Republicans take over, subverting the will of the people. And most Republicans are happy to go along with it, except our friend, Rand Paul. The doctor is in.
A lame duck spending bill violates the will of American voters. Government funding for next year should be enacted by the newly elected Congress.
