Naturally, he just learned about it and is dumping it in the lap of his secretary of transportation, Pete Buttigieg, who seems to spend most of his time on vacation during a crisis and only show up when it’s time for a swanky party on the taxpayer dime.
Yeah, the transportation secretary is attending to more important things.
