CLAY: I wanted to run people into Wednesday afternoon with this. I couldn’t resist. Joy Reid, our friend — the dumbest person alongside of Joy Behar in all of media — lost her mind over this judge. I believe we have about 30 seconds from her, Buck. This is the judge voiding the travel mask mandate. She loses it. Enjoy.

REID: You’re in a tube where I feel like people cough more when they get on there! They get on the flight and everybody’s hacking up a lung, and now people are like, “Yay,” whipping off the mask. If I got on that flight and all of a sudden there was an announcement, mid-flight, I can’t get off the plane and now because this judge — who was rated unqualified! Like, she was an intern like six years ago. Now she’s a federal judge. She got on it 33 years of age. Trump’s youngest and probably worst appointment. She basically is one of those people who’s tired of wearing a mask and rules as such. For her to — by herself — be able to say no mask mandate to me is outrageous.

BUCK: It’s called the judiciary.

CLAY: Constitution of United States, Joy. I’d love to have been sitting next to Reid when that mask mandate got announced, just to rip off my mask and just be sitting as close as I could say to her, like, talking to her with my covid breath.

BUCK: As I said all along, too, if you ever want to see real confusion on the face of a mask fantastic when they say, “Excuse me, could you put a mask on? Would you wear a mask?” It’s like, “Why aren’t you double masking?”

CLAY: (laughing)

BUCK: All of a sudden, you’ve just overridden the programming and it cannot compute.

CLAY: Thursday, Buck, I’m going down next week, eight days from now, to Orlando with my boys for a sporting event. Probably not gonna have to wear masks then. Come back on Tuesday. Will we have to wear masks then? Might flip it. It’s crazy. Stay tuned. We’ll hang out with you guys.
