John Fetterman, the Democratic Senate candidate who nearly died on the table after a stroke and implant of a pacemaker in his heart, is trying to show that despite neurological damage, he can do the job. It’s not going well.
Incredibly, Fetterman is going to lean on closed captioning, after trying to dodge a debate with Dr. Oz but finally being forced to answer to the people of Pennsylvania after convalescing in his mommy and daddy’s basement for months.
You have to speak, folks. That’s the job of a senator. You have to have your brain working well enough to understand what people say and form thoughts. It’s sad, but Fetterman can’t do these things.
