A young mom of two named Eliza Fletcher went for a jog. Cleotha Abston has been arrested on charges he kidnapped, assaulted and killed her. This guy wasn’t unknown to police. He previously crammed a man into the trunk of his car and forced him to withdraw cash from ATMs. Thankfully, the victim escaped.

Abston was caught and convicted, but the government didn’t make him serve his full sentence, freeing him so he could kill Eliza Fletcher.
We gotta put violent criminals behind bars, because all our communities deserve safe streets.
