Charles McGonigal, the former head of counterintelligence for the FBI’s New York office and a key figure in the Russia hoax smearing President Trump, is charged with taking almost a quarter of a million dollars in dirty cash took $225,000 in cash from a Russian oligarch to advance the goals of Vladmir Putin.
