As the endless voting drags on to decide who will lead the House of Representatives, Congressman Kevin McCarthy of California seems no closer to closing the deal. Does it even matter who gets the job?

On 7th vote for #Speakerofthehouse @AndyOgles voted anew for @ByronDonalds. But @RepMattGaetz who voted for Donalds before chose Trump. McCarthy again lacks the votes to be Speaker.
