Another Lie: Biden Falsely Claims He Cut the Deficit

Well, now he’s also saying no one has ever lowered federal deficit as much as he has. But remember, this is totally false because Bill Clinton — remember balance the budget — also ran budget surpluses. Let’s listen to cut 17.
