“The Czar of Talk,” Houston’s Michael Berry, joins the Premiere Networks family. Besides telling C&B how honored he is, Berry also says the border is a national issue and fears that Kamala Harris (who failed in her job to secure it) has such low expectations that she’ll exceed them in the debate with President Trump.
