Biden Refuses to Take Responsibility for Inflation
3 Feb 2023
Joe Biden says he has no responsibility for inflation, angrily snapping at a reporter that it was like that when he arrived in the White House, which is a huge lie. Inflation was static under Trump. It was only leftist covid policies and their spending binge that caused prices to skyrocket.
BIDEN: "Do I take any blame for inflation? No."
REPORTER: “Why not?”
BIDEN: “Because it was already there when I got here, man.”

Clay gives credit to Joe Manchin, the Democratic senator from West Virginia, for standing in the way of Biden’s $5 trillion Build Back Better bill and preventing even worse inflation.
Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia has been both a thorn in the side of his fellow Democrats and a key player in many of their achievements in the past two years. Facing re-election in 2024, he believes he can help broker a deal to raise the debt ceiling. https://t.co/3omMofznF7
