You Won’t Believe What Weingarten and Birx Are Saying
4 May 2022
CLAY: There are a lot of people that I believe in five to 10 years — as the true story of covid starts to be told — are going to look worse and worse as sanity returns in this country. We know Dr. Fauci is going to be one of them. Randi Weingarten is going to be another one, and what I want all of you who are about to hear this clip to recognize is everything that we told you on this show, everything that those of us have been arguing for years…
We can’t just shut down school, kids are gonna be disadvantaged, they’re gonna have massive mental health issues, their educational and learning skills are going to suffer to an inordinate degree — to a level that has never occurred before in this country in most of our lives. All of this was eminently foreseeable. It was totally predictable. And in fact, Buck and I told you all this for years.
I want you to notice how suddenly everything that we told you is being acknowledged, but they’re trying to pretend that they aren’t responsible for it, which brings me to this teachers union head, Randi Weingarten. If this doesn’t make your blood boil, listen to her talking about the consequences of schools being shut down, which she insisted on even though there is no scientific legitimacy for it.

BUCK: It should have been two months, Clay, as we know.
CLAY: Yep.
BUCK: And it was two years, not just in a general sense because of people like Randi Weingarten, the chief commissar of the teachers union. It’s because of Randi Weingarten, in large part!
CLAY: Yes.
BUCK: She was working with the Biden White House directly to try and make sure — and she did — to push for not only school disclosures for much longer than was reasonable, and people like you and me were saying, “Kids are gonna suffer, this is a horrible idea, this is only gonna hurt kids so that lazy, power hungry adults will be able to get away with doing whatever it is they want under the guise of ‘safety for the teachers.’” She was pushing this, she worked with the White House. And we said that this was gonna have extremely negative consequences. What was the most recent data you said, Clay, on the show, 75% of kids got Omicron?
CLAY: Yes.
BUCK: This idea that shutting down schools shielded kids from covid was crazy, and beyond that, the idea that kids are still at considerable risk, by the way, this is another transition — another person who has not been held to account yet, is Dr. Birx, when I mentioned early on in the show.
CLAY: Yes.
BUCK: Listen to what she says about kids. When I hear this, Clay, I want to throw things at the wall.
A wild, almost surreally incorrect conflation of risk, grouping “grandchildren under 5 and a 93 year old”
“if you have vulnerable people in your household, whether it’s children or elderly, you have to continually assess your risk”

BUCK: The children are not vulnerable.
CLAY: Makes me so mad.
BUCK: She is crazy. But notice that these first say had he she tests every day for five days after exposure? Folks, she’s supposed to be a public health epidemiology expert. She’s being exposed to covid all the time, okay?
CLAY: Yes.
BUCK: All the time she’s being exposed to covid. This has no idea when and how often. It’s lunacy!
CLAY: Anti-science, Buck. She’s had two years to recognize that kids have virtually zero risk. You can’t say zero, because statistically it’s .0001 or whatever the heck it is of kids that could have an issue with covid. There are still parents… It got me fired up the other day, Buck. I think it was while I was on vacation. I saw somebody treating in sort of a bragging way, “My kid hasn’t really been outside in two years now!”
It was like a 2-1/2-year old kid looking out a window. And I’m thinking to myself, how in the world has public health in this country allowed for these lies to spread and continue to be propagated? Your young kids are not in danger from covid. In fact, they probably have already had it, as even the CDC data itself reflects three out of every four kids have — and, by the way, the other quarter that hasn’t had it, Buck?
I think it’s kind of an interesting question: Either they aren’t susceptible to getting covid would be my guess or their immune system is so wildly strong that they don’t even get it! So the idea that she’s propagating what is a total lie, that kids are in danger or that you should be testing kids after exposure, all directly ties in with the biggest failure of American public policy in the twenty-first century, which is why November needs to be a red wave election because these people have to be held accountable.
BUCK: I honestly think that the Democrats are still underestimating how much anger there is out there about the unnecessary school closures, about the forced vaccination of people or else they lose their jobs, about a lot of that. And we’re not gonna let people forget.
CLAY: No.
BUCK: We’re gonna stay on this mission until the end, until Election Day and beyond, friends, as promised you.
