Clay builds on his testimony last week to Congress about the endless loops professional sports teams make fans jump through to see games, arguing that the people give the rights to the leagues which turn around and charge for endless services to see the action. The same goes for the UFC Freedom 250 event, which Clay laments was behind a paywall at Paramount+.
