The Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, Harmeet Dhillon, discussed how she’s revamped the Civil Rights division, from a longtime arm of the American left to use discrimination to get revenge for past discrimination into a lean division that is going after true violations of civil rights by institutions big and small.
