Biden’s Title 42 Border Dilemma Explained

18 Mar 2022

BUCK: I wanted to speak to you about the border, and I think it’s very important we do so. It’s the middle of March. We got a midterm election coming up and here’s one thing that that any smart Democrat strategist knows. The border is a disaster for the libs because they don’t care that it’s lawless, that there’s a long intelligence evasion of our federal laws going on that is enriching the cartels, that is allowing for the infusion of opioids into the country that kill over a hundred thousand people a year as of last year.

Mostly opioids. There’s some other drugs in there too, about 70% of the overdoses are opioid related. All of this is happening at our southern border and what Democrats quietly know — and it’s why you won’t see coverage of this, you won’t see analysis of this — is that the American people are not with them on this. A solid majority of the American people 55%, 60%, maybe even 65% recognize illegal immigration as a problem, something they want to see less of and understand that our border is a mess of lawlessness and dysfunction and violations of sovereignty, which is why this story struck me as particularly interesting.

“The Biden team…” This is a Washington Examiner just yesterday. “Biden team fears ‘mass migration event’ from axing Trump pandemic expulsion rule.” Now, this might sound like, “Well, hold on. What’s the Trump rule which won, Remain in Mexico?” Oh, no. This is Title 42. This is the CDC authority which is terrifying, now. Whenever someone says, “CDC authority,” I say, “I don’t think they should have that.”

I think we’ve all learned the CDC is a politicized mess, and it’s Fauci and Walensky’s little fiefdom and is unaccountable and is also just a massive failure. Didn’t make things better over the course of the pandemic, didn’t actually protect us in any meaningful way from the virus. In fact, they made it worse. Think about that. The CDC, I would argue, made the pandemic worse.

For a federal agency that really exists for this moment more than any other time in its history, I think that is more than enough justification to take a long, hard look at its funding and to do a massive housecleaning when Republicans come in, essentially fire all the senior bureaucrats who are there. Otherwise, what’s the point? Why do they get to make so many wrong decisions?

But we’ll come to the CDC and covid lockdown side of the discussion in a few moments. Going back to the border. Title 42 allows Border Patrol to turn away people because we’re in the midst of a pandemic — and if they let that expire, now we’re back to where we were before entirely, where people just game the immigration system.

And the primary way that it has been gamed under the Biden administration is family units show up and even with Title 42 authority, the family units — because Mexico along some parts of the border was not taking back — they were then allowed into the U.S. and then claiming asylum, and so there has been this one-way. If you showed up as an adult, single male at the border and were apprehended…

There are tens of thousands of got-aways on a monthly basis, too, people that just drive or sprint into the U.S. But if you were caught violating U.S. federal law, entering the United States without permission and you were a single adult male, you could — and in many cases were — be turned away, put back on the other side, the Mexican side of the border because of Title 42.

What happens if the Biden administration gets rid of it? Well, they worry that there will be, quote, “Department of Homeland Security intelligence indicates 25,000 migrants waiting just south of the U.S.-Mexico border could rush to get across in April, when the Biden administration is set to meet with Mexico about stopping expulsions under what is called Title 42, according to Axios. Such a surge would only add to the existing border crisis.”

It’s all in the Washington Examiner piece. “An average of 5,000 to 7,000 noncitizens have been encountered attempting to cross illegally each day over the past year, far beyond the 1,000 that the Obama administration had said would constitute a crisis.” The border right now, in terms of lawlessness, violations of U.S. sovereignty, importation of illegal drugs and human trafficking and the cartels making money and having influence on the Mexican side of the border — on both sides of the border, really — is worse than it has ever been.

Think about this. The Biden administration is remarkable in achieving records. Record inflation, record illegal crossings at the border, right? Record price of gas. Go down the list. They’re number one in so many bad ways, and on the border we’re going to have to be getting the word out about this because the Democrat media is not going to touch this, obviously.

They know that when it comes to winning primaries… You know, Democrats play the open borders amnesty game all day long. But when it comes to a national level election in the close races they know, they know that in purple states, important Senate races, important House races that could go either way, amnesty is generally — and open borders policies are generally — a loser for them.

So they want to have it both ways. They want to — and this is a constant with the Democrats — pretend to represent something other than that which they do. They want to do a head fake. “Oh, no we want border security, too, man. We’re all about it. No problem. Yeah. We want to have a big reform of immigration, you see? We’re gonna really secure that border.

“Maybe we’ll do some kind of a phased-for-the-DREAMers pathway thing.” They always start muttering about it. Oh, you’re for amnesty. Illegal aliens being allowed to stay in the country forever illegally is amnesty. They can call it whatever they want. We don’t have to use their terms to concede the debate before it’s even happened. So this is what we’re facing right now.

The Biden administration knows, if they drop this Title 42 authority, they may have 25,000 people. It will be something of a replay of the, what it was it, 15,000 to 20,000 Haitian migrants who all camped out at the border in an effort to try to come into America, in an effort to try to evade the normal immigration process, skip to the front of it line, break our laws, and be rewarded for it.

Now, I know a lot of you say, “Buck, we should have…” First of all, the Democrats are never gonna sent the military to the border, as you know. Fair point. Its ‘worth at least pointing out that they don’t want the National Guard to be there; they don’t want this to happen. But I think it’s also important for everyone to know that the problem at our border would not actually be solved even if we had the big, beautiful wall that Trump had promised — and I mean from coast to coast.

It wouldn’t solve the problem. Even if we had National Guard deployed, you know, all along the border to help out with border security — it would help; don’t misunderstand me, this would help — it would not solve because here’s the fundamental challenge we face. We still have a wide open door through the asylum system, and people abuse it happen. And they come into this country where there’s no interior enforcement.

They are surrendering themselves. Illegal immigrants cross into the country, which that act itself is illegal. The physical act of walking onto U.S. oil not at a port of entry, that’s illegal. They walk in… I’ve seen this. Not like I read about this. I’ve seen this dozens and dozens of times as it happened. They waved down Border Patrol.

So even if you had National Guard down there, they would just wave down the National Guard and say, “Hey, I’m here. I want my asylum. Now, bring me water and a sandwich and get me medical care.” That’s what actually happens. So it wouldn’t solve the problem. It would help. To solve the problem, we need a change in the political will to enforce the immigration laws that we actually have, which means interior enforcement.

It means people that come into the country illegally who do not have a legitimate asylum claim are turned away, are found when they don’t show up for their hearing, are found when they… Sometimes they show up for their hearing for asylum, are denied, and then there’s another hearing, believe it or not, that is their deportation hearing.

So they can choose to not show up for that one. There are multiple steps in the process. Do you think the Biden administration is enforcing any of this? Of course not. Of course not. Because they like the flood of illegals into the country because they view them as primarily, not entirely, but primarily future Democrat voters. And also it makes all the libs who live in major cities and are obsessed, oh, with CNN and the New York Times, et cetera.

It makes them feel good about themselves, ’cause they send their kids to private schools. They don’t worry about the burdening of the public school system. They don’t worry about the cost of whether it’s English as a second language instruction or what it does to hospital emergency rooms, all these things that have been discussions that Republicans used to agree with Democrats on in the past about illegal immigration.

That doesn’t bother them. They think it’s fantastic. And the fact that it suppresses wages for workers — which is true, by the way, another supply-and-demand situation that Democrats deny. It doesn’t affect the whole country at once, obviously. You can’t see illegal immigration affecting wages nationwide in any industry. When you do it county by county along the border, when you do it in places where there’s been a large influx of illegal immigrant arrivals, you do in fact see.

And there’s analysis from professors even at Harvard University that will show you that there is an effect on wages. They do not want a secure border. The Democrats do not want this to stop. And we have to remind the American people that this is a question of politics and political will now. It’s not just about a fence, it’s not just about additional resources. It’s how do you enforce the immigration laws at our border.

Do you have Remain in Mexico in place? You know what we’ve been doing with that, by the way? Slow rolling it. They put a few dozen people in the Remain in Mexico program. But they say they’re doing it so that there’s a talking point, and then they know that if they really did it they would just be admitting that Trump was right, so they won’t release numbers. So the DHS under Biden is lying to you, effectively. They’re lying to you.

They don’t want Remain in Mexico, they don’t want a secure border, and they don’t want the flow of illegals to stop, and we may see 25,000 of them all at once try to come into the country in one place, overwhelm the system. And you know what you’ll have? Democrats come up with some narrative of, “Oh, but Border Patrol was so mean!” Remember the horsewhipping story with the Haitian migrants?

A total lie. Does a single journalist who went with that, who propagated that lie at the time feel badly about it afterwards? Of course not. The whole point was to create a narrative of the good guys, so to speak, are the ones that want illegal immigration into the country. They’re the nice people. The bad people are the ones that want to enforce our immigration laws.

We’re the only country in the world for some reason that is not allowed to have immigration laws. It is racist for America to prevent some people were coming in to the country illegally. That is the actual position of the left. Every other country can do whatever they want; that’s fine. They have sovereignty. We’re not allowed to have sovereignty. We’re also not allowed to have a market when it comes to fossil fuels.

Live Not by Lies: Lia Thomas Is a Man

18 Mar 2022

BUCK: There’s that line, the Solzhenitsyn line, that really does stay with me and has for a long time, “Live not by lies,” and it’s just a very basic mantra. Don’t live your life as a part of a lie, saying lies, allowing others to lie. And here’s where we are. It’s very basic. It’s very straightforward. You now have a situation where the NCAA because of “wokeness,” which is really just left-wing political correctness weaponized in ways that many of us warned about but certainly exceed even the PC mania of, say, the 1990s.

Left-wing wokeness now demands that biological males can compete against biological females in sports to include all sports. So, yes, speed-based sports — you know, track, swimming — but also down the line there will have to be more discussions about combatives, things like boxing, jiujitsu, you name it, because what you’re being told is that there’s no unfair advantage.

Put aside for a second discussions of how we generally handle the psychological needs or the desire that we should all have to just be good to one another, to be kind to one another. People go through a lot of stuff. People need help at different times. This is about competition in NCAA athletics, right? This is about competition at the Olympics, soon enough, and here we are watching it play out.

And you have people on the left who are lying to you — they’re just lying to you — and this is not a minor thing, because you are expected to comply. Very few people will publicly come out and say to you that there is no physical advantage, that a “biological male” does not in fact have a physical advantage over “biological females,” or also just male and female.

I think some of these additional words that we use starts to play into it, and I’ve said before on this show that I do not approve even of using “preferred pronouns.” I think this was the beginning. That was the usage of a courtesy issue. Someone’s name is a question of courtesy. Call someone what their name is. They want to change their name, that’s fine.

Someone’s gender is a reflection of a reality that exists independent of feelings. The same way that I refuse to call somebody who believes that they are a plural or that they have a new pronoun, which was a real thing that the left was trying for a while, by the way. In the same way that there are constant new “gender constructs…” In fact, at one point I think Harvard University was putting on its application or maybe it was for admitted students that there were a few dozen gender options.

It’s very confusing for a lot of people. And this was all new even to those who had spent their lives understanding the left and the program of progressivism. So here we sit, and we’re told that a biological male swimming against women and stealing what would have been… There is now a woman… I want to be very clear, in fact. I want to name her.

Emma Weyant is actually the fastest female swimmer in America in the NCAA. She is actually the female gold medalist in Reality Land, in the NCAA, and left-wing woke alternative universe welcome back it is Lia Thomas, but it is in fact Emma Weyant who is the fastest female swimmer. All you have to do is look at the photo of the three top finishers and say to yourself, “One of these individuals is not like the others.”

It’s quite clear. There’s very obvious physical differences, and people who say, “Oh, but there’s been a testosterone suppression since last year.” Testosterone… The individual here, Lia Thomas — what is it, 20, 21, 22 years old — has had about a decade of testosterone therapy as a male insofar as he has had far more testosterone in the building of muscle and his skeletal system and everything than any of it women there obviously.

So taking some testosterone suppressant does not change all of that, does not shift the biological reality. But you’ll notice there are people and there was a member of Congress that was shouting at people, “They’re bigots! Celebrate this,” and you have to wonder, “Why do they push so hard on it? Why do they insist?” Everyone notices. I will answer that question, by the way, why they push so hard on it.

Everyone notices the situation. Here is the father of an Auburn University swimmer, because we have to remember there are women — actual women — who have been swimming for over a decade competitively, some of them have probably been in the pool. I don’t even know how young some of these women started swimming a lot and trying to become the best at their sport and what they do probably, what, 5, 6, 7-year-olds?

And this would be a peak moment. Getting a national championship gold medal would be a peak moment for any athlete, or getting a silver or bronze. There were women who had that stolen from them because the woke left — the Democrat Party, ESPN, and unfortunately most of corporate America — are cowards who demand that you, too, live by lies. Well, here is a father of one of the Auburn University swimmers who’s just saying what you and I and everybody else knows is true but only some are willing to say.

FATHER: They asked the question how he felt about winning, when really, how do the rest of the women feel about having the stress of dealing with this, you know, knowing they have to swim against him. So, a girl that got ninth doesn’t get eighth. A girl that got 17th, doesn’t make All-American 16th. A girl that got 39th, potentially — they took 38 girls in the NCAAs — she didn’t get to come to NCAAs because a biological male took her spot.

I think everybody’s gotta be civil about it. I call him Will Thomas. He’s a human. We should respect that and what he wants to do with his life. But this isn’t the place to do it. It’s taken opportunity away from females that have worked very, very hard for a long, long time, even before college, to get in this position. And it’s just not right.

BUCK: “It’s just not right.” This father is absolutely correct. I would love to see some of these woke lefties that pretend to be so brave with their little blue checks on Twitter, on Facebook or wherever — mostly on Twitter — explain to that dad how he’s wrong because this is the new civil rights struggle. No, it’s not, actually. It’s not. We’ve had gender separation in sports for a long time for very obvious reasons.

And what they’re really flirting with here is the eventual destruction of women’s sports because how much more of this do you go through before we say, “Fine, it’s just open.” Now we just have age limits. We’ll just all agree on that, I guess, for the time being. There will be 18-and-over swim meets or college swim meets for people 18 to 22 and then there will be high school swim meets, but there will be no gender separation.

After all the fighting that occurred to get women equal access to sports facilities through Title IX, and this was a big program at the left. They abandon it the first moment that it’s politically convenient for them to do so. And they pretend that it’s not what they’re doing, but it is exactly what they’re doing. Here is a Virginia Tech swimmer who was competing in this meet, again saying what is obvious but what the whole country needs to hear.

BUCK: Everybody listening knows that everything she just said is true. Will you see any discussion of it on MSNBC, on CNN? You think the New York Times or the Washington Post will write an editorial saying, “All right. We have gone too far here. We have gone too far.” Calls for courtesy and decency to one another are always well met and in good faith, right?

Calls for the competition of biological males against biological females, that is quite different. That is something else, and that’s what we’re seeing. Notice that they lie to you about this, and they have no compunction. There’s no hesitation. It’s not like, “Ah, you know, this is really…” It’s “Shut up, bigot! No, that’s not a male. It’s a woman.”

That’s what they say. They don’t even say it’s a “transgender woman.” I want you all to be very clear. The lefties who push this stuff tell you that Lia Thomas is a “woman,” full stop. Full stop. What you see with your lying eyes, they want you to forget, and you’re supposed to listen to them. Same people who told you that Hunter Biden’s laptop, in the media — same people, Hunter Biden’s laptop — was Russian disinformation.

Same people who tell you Fauci is not a lying, evil little tyrant and that masking works. You’re noticing something here, aren’t you? They don’t care about the lie because it’s always for a good cause. In their minds, it always serves a higher purpose, and therefore no matter how much violence it does against truth, it is worthwhile. Welcome to the modern left in America today.

Maybe it’s in the left the whole time. But now they’ve accrued so much power that they can expect you to live by it, to listen to them, to obey, bend the knee. Bend the knee. Do what they say or else. Deny objective reality or you are a bad person. Isn’t that such a useful tool? If they can get to you deny objective reality once, in this instance, where else can the apparatus decide that you can’t actually see what you see? Where else can they continue the war on observation? What you know and what you experience to be true they say isn’t.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

BUCK: Also want to give a shout-out here real quick to the actual female NCAA swimming champion in the 500-yard freestyle, Emma Weyant — or Weyant, perhaps. I think it might be Weyant.

Emma Weyant, 20 years old, the actual female champion and actual gold medalist in the NCAA — and good for her — and that’s the way people should view it and should speak about it.

Mailbag Friday: 24/7 VIP Backs Buck on Brackets

18 Mar 2022

BUCK: Justin, one of our ClayAndBuck.com VIPs, wrote in:

“I would say a majority of my friends, Buck, have never filled out a bracket. To say 97% of the audience fills out brackets would be stretching it, Clay. I’d give you 60-ish percent but that might be the high end, 50% is more realistic.”

I’m just saying, some of the VIPs are saying that.

This isn’t like, “How have you never filled out a bracket!” I have multiple producers here in New York, so we’ll have to address this when Clay gets back from Vegas, and we’ll see how the brackets are doing up to this point. I have multiple producers here in New York none of whom have ever filled out a bracket.

So I get this lecture every day about, “How is it possible to be an American who has never filled out an NCAA bracket?” (laughing) A lot of people have never filled out NCAA bracket.

So, remember, I went to a small liberal arts college where let’s just say sports were not exactly a big deal. So we didn’t pay much attention to NCAA stuff then.

Dems Blame Everyone But Biden for Inflation, Ukraine

18 Mar 2022

BUCK: Inflation oil, gas prices. Nancy Pelosi blames oil companies for gas prices. Play 20.

BUCK: What is she…? Does anyone think that makes any sense? “When the price of oil goes down, it doesn’t really go down. When it goes up, it doesn’t really go up.” She has absolutely no idea how to run a business or how the fossil fuel business runs. But she does — she does, in fact — understand the stock market, apparently, really well. I wonder why that is?

Could it be that she’s speaker of the House and has a good sense of legislation and also pork spending and other things in the legislation that could affect certain industries and even companies specifically and is also exempted from insider information laws about trading on that in the main? There’s some restrictions, but very, very few.

Or you can just believe that Nancy Pelosi is smarter than most Wall Street hedge fund managers somehow, and is really just amazing with her stock picks. Meanwhile, back in Reality Land… Maybe we should start calling this show, because that’s what it feels like. This is Reality Land, and then I have to deal with all the libs living in some other alternate universe. Rand Paul points out that the green movement in this country has made things dramatically worse for us, not just on the energy front, but on the national security front.

BUCK: The green movement. The green movement has made things worse for us. The green movement has made things more difficult for us on the national security front, on the energy policy front, on the what-you-pay-at-the-pump front, all of this, all together, right? What is in the benefit of it? Now, usually when Democrats do something, there’s some offsetting benefit, right?

Now I understand there’s an offsetting benefit ’cause Democrats get donations from green energy acolytes and the people that push this environmentalist stuff and all the rest of it. But the truth here is that there’s really no offsetting, no offsetting benefit to the American people of these policies, but it’s all rooted in — and I think Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said just yesterday on one of the social media streams that gas companies shouldn’t allow the world to catch on fire.

Oh. Gas companies should not allow the world to watch on fire. If you believe that, I don’t know what to say. If you believe that, I don’t know what to tell you. But this is what we’re dealing with: An irrational sense of environmentalism and the Green New Deal, an irrational sense of all of the policies that affect fossil fuels.

And so this is why we can’t actually come to a better place, ’cause we’re not trying to accomplish the same things. Pelosi says that it’s not “market based,” and at some level, there’s some truth to it. But beyond that, it’s a situation where they have created an the existential mythology around green energy, and they can justify anything in their mind in order to achieve that.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

BUCK: While on the one hand we are here and watching the situation play out with the Biden regime reacting to events in Ukraine, you have Nancy Pelosi who wants to convince you that this has just been all done incredibly well. It is fantastic. Listen to this.

PELOSI: President Biden has done a masterful job in managing (coughs) this situation in a way that is collaborative, not condescending or dictating but collaborative. The unity of the (sputtering) — of — of the, um, G6 — the — not only the G7 but the NATO alliance has been remarkable to behold. They are all unified with the — how to go forward, and how they are unified on how we go forward is that we are not going in to Ukraine. It is not an Article V situation.

BUCK: Okay. So what was all that talk about the unified and we’re doing all this great stuff? Okay, so we’re unified in sending arms and saying that Putin’s a really bad guy and giving humanitarian relief. Does anyone think that that would be different under any president, given the situation here? The basics of this seem pretty clear. I’m of the mind that Democrats can’t get used to the fact that they actually agree with a lot of the Republican base on this one, which is that there shouldn’t be U.S. troops.

There shouldn’t be… Not all of them. Not all the Democrats are this way, but a lot of them agree that there shouldn’t be U.S. troops. And that’s where the Biden administration so far has refrained. When I say “troops,” I also mean airmen, I mean the no-fly zone. But they can’t help themselves but somehow try to convince you that a war that never should have been launched in the first place and diplomacy could have averted, is actually a circumstance of Joe Biden’s diplomatic skills on display.

What amazing stuff he’s done! I also see people constantly lying about how Trump destroyed the NATO alliance. Clearly that didn’t happen, and in fact NATO allies were more armed up, in a better place — and Ukraine was more armed up and in a better place — because of Trump. Don’t forget that. That is a truth that is getting lost in all of this, as they try to pretend that it was Trump who was Putin’s stooge. Absurd.

The Fauch Reappears to Tell Us It’s Not Over

18 Mar 2022

BUCK: (doing impression) Where is The Fauch? I’ve been asking the question. I’ve been wondering, “Am I gonna have to put on a lab coat and some little glasses and walk around and pretend to be Fauci?” No. It turns out he has reappeared just to tell us you’re not over it yet. It’s not done.

FAUCI: We need to be flexible. And if in fact we do see a turnaround and a resurgence, we have to be able to pivot and go back to any degree of mitigation that is commensurate with what the situation is. But the one thing that’s important, that’s a wildcard in this is that there is waning immunity, and we gotta make sure that those people who’ve been vaccinated get boosted. Only about 50% of the people who are eligible to be vaccinated have gotten their boost.

BUCK: “You gotta get boosted.” Now, isn’t this fascinating? “You got to get boosted,” and how many people who got boosted got infected anyway the last time? They haven’t even told us yet, have they? And there’s a new variant out there that they’re saying is spreading very rapidly in other parts of the world. We know it’s just a matter of time before it comes here.

Does the booster for the previous vaccine work well against the new variant? Have they tested it? Do they know? How long does it work? “Stop asking questions! Get ready for shot number 15.” It’s coming. Told you. He’s not done with you until we make him done with all of us, as in we don’t listen to him anymore.

Andrew Cuomo on the Comeback Trail

18 Mar 2022

BUCK: Governor Cuomo is not done with you, either. He sees Fauci making a comeback, and he gets a little bit jealous. What do I mean by jealous? He has decided that instead of going off into obscurity after being chased out of office for being a little grabby, perhaps, a little bit too touchy — a little squeeze here, little squeeze, not good. He’s back, though, and he wants you to know he’s running. I’m serious.

He actually is, and I give full credit to my co-host Clay for right away just saying, “See, the only reason Cuomo resigned was to preserve the possibility of running again, otherwise he never would have resigned,” which is what I had assumed at the time. But you have to think like a crazy, maniacal, narcissistic lib to understand their next moves, and this is what Cuomo is, obviously. So here he is with the latest telling everybody, “Oh, yeah. The extremes in the Democrat Party are dictating things.”

Announcement from Andrew Cuomo: March 17th 2022 from Rich Azzopardi on Vimeo.

CUOMO: We now see that with the Democratic Party. We see extremists dictating radical positions in many ways which is driving the Democratic Party. There’s a great Democratic pundit on TV I love to watch because he’s funny, James Carville. He says the woke Democrats and what he calls “the noisy Democrats” are driving this extremism.

BUCK: Yeah, they run the party, Cuomo. That’s the thing. That’s the reality here. So, if he believes that this is a pathway forward, I think he’ll run, and he might actually do pretty well. He’s running for attorney general, and New York Democrats may, according to the polling, be very willing to forgive and forget the situation of his sexual harassment, which was really what drove him out of office. It is still remarkable to me that this guy sent senior citizens into nursing homes with covid.

Remember, even if you think that that was fog of war, he then actively lied about it and covered up numbers in a way that’s really criminal, from the people of New York State. He didn’t resign for that. He resigned because he was touching, and remember he made that video. I’ll never forget. He’s like:  Sometimes I give a kiss, a kiss on the cheek, a kiss on the forehead, maybe a little nuzzle on the neck. I get a little bit touchy, a little bit grabby. It’s my Italian heritage, he said.

I know a lot of people with Italian heritage. They’re not all grabbing and smooching strangers all the time, you know? This is amazing. You have Cuomo with this problem and then you have Biden with the hair sniffing? Is it too much to ask these powerful Democrats to just be normal, just be a little normal? Apparently, it is. Apparently, it is far too much. So, he is making a comeback here in New York. And we’re gonna have to watch it because Fauci’s not done with the spotlight. Neither is Cuomo. He is not finished, either. I can assure you about that.

Buck’s Prediction: Blue States Will Stop-Start Fauciism

18 Mar 2022

BUCK: I understand people are like, “Aw, Buck, let’s talk about sports or tell me more about the border, something else. I am so sick of the mask thing.” I’m sick of it too. But until we convince enough people that Fauci and the rest are wrong, it doesn’t stop. It doesn’t stop! They are willing — I’m telling you — to fire more people in the blue states for refusing to get the shot even at this point.

And you think that’s an exaggeration or you think that I’m wrong when I tell you that it’s all comin’ back, look at Fauci poking his head out again to say (impression), “We may need to mask up some more. It may need to be come back. We need to nimble. You know, stretch your hammies. Don’t want you to pull a muscle with your mitigation efforts.” “Austria…”

Guten tag, ja. “Austria is reintroducing mandatory mask mandates in most indoor settings next week.” There you go. The dominoes are falling. You’re gonna see more of this. They got rid of their mask mandate indoor two weeks ago, and now it’s coming back, and I know you’re saying, “Oh, Buck, but no one’s really thinking that. They’re not thinking about it here very much.”

Why do you think they wouldn’t get rid of it on planes? Why do you think they wanted to keep the kids masked up? They tried to keep these little beachheads of lunacy so that then the full-scale Fauciite invasion of our freedoms and individual liberty could continue. That’s the whole point. ‘Cause if it all goes away, oh, it’s tough to rebuild all that infrastructure of oppression to fight covid — as if any of that crap has worked.

These people are out of their minds. They’re wrong and they’re wrong and they’re wrong. They don’t care! Remember, the same people that tell you, the same individuals who tell you that a man can be a woman — I’m sorry, a man is a woman in the case of Lia Thomas.

There is an exact correlation between the public figures you can think of who fight tooth and nail to tell you that there is no observable or necessarily important difference between male and female genitalia and the biochemistry that it represents, are the same people who tell you, “Oh, yeah, you’ve gotta get ready to mask up again and get your fourth shot.”

Isn’t that remarkable? It’s almost like this is about political tribalism and the emotional validation of the mob instead of actually what is true, what is real, what has happened here. So this is the reality that we are all facing, my friends. It is not done. It is not over with. Democrats are gonna try to have it both ways. They’re going to ease off…

I’ve finally figured out, I think, what their game plan is gonna be. They’re gonna allow state restrictions to continue in the blue states where people are still so beaten down by the idiots. There are still people here in New York. I walked in to the New York studio today and there were folks outside, N95 masks on, by themselves, outside. It’s a beautiful day!

It’s almost 70 degrees here in New York, and they’re walking around with masks on. So in the blue states they’re just gonna keep the stop-and-start idiocy of Fauciism going — and in the background, the federal government will keep the mask mandate on planes ’cause we’re all used to stupidity when it comes to rules on planes. But then they’re just waiting.

They’re gonna have people cast votes in November. “Oh, we beat the virus,” the Democrats will say, and then, unless they get absolutely destroyed by the voters — which needs to happen. You need to be a single-issue voter on covid going into this midterm and the Democrats need full-scale repudiation. If that doesn’t happen? Oh-ho, get ready for more people to get fired from the military for not getting a shot they do not need that does not work very well. Get ready for it. We’re going back to it.

NYT Admits Hunter Biden Laptop Is Real, 18 Months Later

    17 Mar 2022

BUCK: This one, I think, this is gonna be, Clay, where you’ll see, this will be talked about on the right, and the Democrat aligned corporate media is going to essentially report on this like it’s, you know, who won the prized goat at the state fair. Just reporting on it, “We’re gonna just pass this on, not a big deal, nothing to see here.”

Big in terms of length, long story, New York Times, “Hunter Biden Paid Tax Bill, but Broad Federal Investigation Continues. The Justice Department inquiry into the business dealings of the president’s son remained active with a grand jury seeking information about payments from around the world.”

Now, this is really interesting. “People familiar with the investigation said prosecutors had examined emails between Mr. Biden, Mr. Archer, and others about Burisma… “remember that, everybody?

    CLAY: Oh, yeah.

BUCK: — “and other foreign business activity. Those emails were obtained by the New York Times from a cache of files that appear to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in the Delaware repair shop. The email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation.” Okay.

Now, here’s the thing, Clay. You know, I know, and everyone listening to this has known all along that the emails, Hunter Biden laptop was real but that the New York Times, the flagship lib paper, has now had to concede over a year, you know, going on a year and a half after this whole controversy came out right before an election — there’s so much.

There’s the let’s maybe actually talk about the corruption of the Biden-selling-influence situation, but then there’s also, how does the media ever regain credibility when they clearly, with the collusion, dare I say, of social media, suppressed this story, pretended that they were morons just so they could avoid telling the truth right before an election.

CLAY: There is so much here, Buck. To me everyone wants to talk about disinformation and misinformation. The biggest collusion that has ever occurred in the history of the American presidency in any of our lives, presidential elections, occurred in the fall of 2020.

Remember what happened when this story came out, Buck. The New York Post was locked, its account was locked by Twitter. Jen Psaki, who is now the press secretary, came out along with many other national security advisers to say that this could be Russian disinformation.

Also, you’ve got everyone not allowing that story to be shared. If I remember correctly, Kayleigh McEnany at the time the press secretary for Donald Trump, had her Twitter account locked for sharing this story. And now 18 months after the New York Post, which deserves immense credit for having the ability to get this done — now 18 months after that happened was suddenly, amazingly, all of these news outlets are now going to report what anyone with a functional brain who had been reading this would have known, based on the pictures, based on the details, based on the specificity of everything that was found in this laptop, it would have been impossible to fake.

And, remember, Maggie Haberman, who has been at the New York Times going after Donald Trump for a long time, tweeted this this morning, “a deep dive into the Hunter Biden investigation, including the emails released in late 2020, characterized as possible Russian disinformation by some, were authentic.

So, Buck, this swung the election, okay? There was a lot of talk about 2016 and everything that happened surrounding the Russian influence in that election. And when you actually break it down, it was very minimal, hardly any dollars spent on Facebook ads in the grand scheme of things. This decision by Big Tech not to cover the Hunter Biden story, not to cover Biden’s potential certainly, it seems, involvement in trying to make money in Ukraine and in China, to trade off of his influence.

Hunter Biden’s clearly — I mean, you want to talk about somebody who is a target for all sorts of intelligence related issues, this guy, based on everything that was inside of his laptop, was an unmitigated disaster for anyone that cares about intelligence-related issues.

Big Tech companies, the Facebooks, the Twitters, the Instagrams, the Snapchats of the world, they rigged the 2020 election, ensured that the vast majority of the American public didn’t know about any of the details included in this story; and as a result, when you look at how close even by the tally that is out there right now, 40,000 votes, Buck, 40,000 votes changed, Donald Trump is reelected in 2020. There is zero doubt in my mind that this is collusion by the Big Tech companies on the Hunter Biden story and that, by colluding, they changed the outcome of the 2020 election. They put their finger on the scale in a massive way in favor of Joe Biden, and they rigged the election for him based on the way they allowed stories to be covered and not covered.

BUCK: So there’s the putting their hand, which you’re describing, Clay, on the scale for Biden from Big Tech, which really likely delivered the election to him, when you look at what a narrow —

    CLAY: — changed the outcome.

BUCK: They changed the outcome. And so you can say, oh, they’re private companies or whatever. Well, actually they — there’s a lot of regulation, and they work hand-in-glove with the Biden the White House now, and it’s not as simple as, “They’re just private companies. They can do whatever they want.” No other private company gets to just do whatever it wants.

And here’s the other part of it, though. There is actually some really shady stuff. You know, the way that that avoided the Hunter Biden selling influence from his essentially, you know, obviously from his father, the way that they avoided covering this in the media and all the CNN anchors, laptop — remember they were always saying “unverified, possible Russian disinformation.” They put people, including former very senior intelligence, folks, you know, used to run the — you know, the DNI or the CIA director — some of these people are morons, by the way. I can speak to that in some detail another day. They would say, “Oh, well, we’re not gonna deal with the allegations of corruption,” against the now president’s son, then Democrat candidate’s son. But here’s this from the New York Times piece ’cause, you know, eventually they gotta deal with it.

Also, by the way, Clay, the headline they’ve give up this, it’s like they’re trying to make it boring. That’s another note I just want to give you. “Hunter Biden Paid Tax Bill, but Broad Federal Investigation Continues.” It’s like, yeah, there’s this thing, they’re looking at Hunter Biden but, like, you know, we’ll tell you about it, but — here’s from the piece. “In some of the emails Mr. Biden displayed…” — Hunter Biden — “…a familiarity with FARA, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and a desire to avoid triggering it. In one email in April of 2014, Mr. Biden outlined his vision for working with Burisma,” which is a Ukrainian natural gas company, by the way, for those keeping score.

“In the email Hunter Biden indicated that the forthcoming announcement of a trip to Ukraine by Vice President Biden who’s referred to in the email as ‘my guy’ should be characterized as part of our advice and thinking, but he will say and do is out of our control. ” Clay, this is influence peddling, full stop.

We’re here, man, I just happen to be the son of, you know, really important American political figure, but, you know, no big deal, corrupt Ukrainian natural gas company.

CLAY: China and Ukraine — remember, this is part of the story. And, by the way, can we just say, this is yellow light another thing that Donald Trump was a hundred percent right about. Remember the 60 Minutes interview I believe it was Leslie Visser, am I right about that?

    BUCK: Lesley Stahl?

CLAY: Lesley Stahl. I think you’re right. Anyway, the old woman, one of them that’s on 60 Minutes sitting across from President Trump, and he was asking her on tape why they weren’t investigating the Hunter Biden laptop, and she was saying, well, it’s not true.

And this goes to our point, Buck, which is not only are there many liars involved in the Minneapolis, there’s also a lot of dumb people who were refusing to take risks. And so 18 months later, we want to talk about lies, you want to talk about disinformation, you want to talk about conspiracy theories, it’s amazing how so much of what you and I talk about, so much of what you and I tweet about months in advance of when it becomes accepted truth, what’s the line? The difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth is about six months. Well, for the New York Times it took 18 months.

And I just want to read Jen Psaki’s tweet here again ’cause this is a massive story, all right? And I’m curious whether now that the New York Times is saying, oh, it’s real, whether now everybody else will chase it ’cause there’s a lot of media companies with egg on their face. And, by the way, credit to the New York Post for running this, getting it all right, and being willing to take the slings and arrows associated.

But Jen Psaki, who was constantly lecturing America about the need for everyone out there, the tech companies to share info with them and to make sure that they’re not sharing misinformation and disinformation, her tweet is still up, and she tweeted, “Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say.”

The Russians had nothing to do with this. Hunter Biden was a drug addict who sold influence to China and to Ukraine and probably other countries as well based on his father. If you read those emails and if you study the story here, Biden is corrupt as a politician can be. The Biden family is everything that the mainstream media spend five or six years telling you that the Trump family was. They’re actually the ones selling influence. Imagine if one of the Trump sons had the laptop that Hunter Biden does. It’s a disgrace. Our media is a joke, and they failed the country, and Big Tech rigged the 2020 election in favor of Joe Biden.

BUCK: I think it’s important for everyone to recognize, Big Tech doesn’t apologize for this. Big Tech doesn’t say, “You know what? We shouldn’t have been shutting down Hunter Biden laptop story before. We shouldn’t have been shutting down honest discourse about vaccine mandates or mask policies or anything else. We don’t have the absolute truth at our disposal, and short of a violation of law, we shouldn’t be putting our hands on the scale.” But they’re psycholibs, and psycholibs need safe spaces and need to silence the other side ’cause they can’t, dare I say, Clay, they can’t handle the truth.

CLAY: Buck, they locked the New York Post Twitter account and refused to allow them to post. They locked the press secretary at the time Kayleigh McEnany’s tweet for sharing this story. They refused to allow this story to be shared. If we want to have congressional investigations occasion and there’s lots of talk about congressional investigations. We’re on the 964th different hearing, it feels like, associated with January 6th — when the Republicans win back the House and I hope the Senate, we need a massive investigation into the collusion that existed in Big Tech companies — Facebook, Twitter, and the like, Google — and how they all ended up not allowing a story like this to be shared. New York Times, Washington Post, MSNBC, CNN.

I guarantee you there was cross-talk going on at the top of these organizations saying we aren’t going to allow this story to be shared. And that is collusion at its essence, and it rigged an election.
